چکیده

Bioprinting is a method to fabricate 3D models that mimic tissue. Future fields of application might be in pharmaceutical or medical context. As the number applicants vary between only one patient manufacturing tissue for high-throughput drug screening, designing process will necessitate high degree flexibility, robustness, as well comprehensive monitoring. To enable quality by design optimisation future application, establishing systematic data storage routines suitable automated analytical tools highly desirable first step. This manuscript introduces workflow design, documentation within an electronic lab notebook and monitoring supervise product over time at different locations. Lab notes, corresponding metadata are stored hierarchy research infrastructure Kadi4Mat, which allows continuous, flexible structuring access management. support experimental workflow, additional features were implemented enhance build upon functionality provided including browser-based file previews Python tool combined filtering extraction data. The structured management with Kadi4Mat enables retrospective grouping usage technology connecting individual analysis software machine-readable exchange formats.

Data-driven Structured Realization

We present a framework for constructing structured realizations of linear dynamical systems having transfer functions of the form C̃( ∑K k=1 hk(s)Ãk) −1B̃ where h1, h2, ..., hK are prescribed functions that specify the surmised structure of the model. Our construction is data-driven in the sense that an interpolant is derived entirely from measurements of a transfer function. Our approach extends...

Enhancing Learning from Imbalanced Classes via Data Preprocessing: A Data-Driven Application in Metabolomics Data Mining

This paper presents a data mining application in metabolomics. It aims at building an enhanced machine learning classifier that can be used for diagnosing cachexia syndrome and identifying its involved biomarkers. To achieve this goal, a data-driven analysis is carried out using a public dataset consisting of 1H-NMR metabolite profile. This dataset suffers from the problem of imbalanced classes...

Data value storage for compressed semi-structured data

Growing user expectations of anywhere, anytime access to information require new types of data representations to be considered. While semi-structured data is a common exchange format, its verbose nature makes files of this type too large to be transferred quickly, especially where only a small part of that data is required by the user. There is consequently a need to develop new models of data...

Optimisation of Adaptive Partial Response Equalisation for Data Storage Channels

The process of reshaping the channel frequency response, correcting the channel-induced distortions and lowering the intersymbol interference is termed as channel equalisation. In practice, the equaliser in the system receiving electronics with continuously adjusted parameters used to handle the channel characteristic variations in an attempt with the objective of optimising the channel frequen...
